Queue de Castor or Beaver Tail

This is a traditional Canadian desert. A Beaver Tail is a flat piece of dough on which you can layer different types of sweets, such as oreos, chocolate, caramel etc...Today, I had the chance to taste one. The classic one is made of cinnamon and brown sugar, and that is what I chose. I found it very good and sweet.
